FLINT is seeking Multiskilled Operators with experience operating various heavy machinery to support diverse mining operations for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting March 5, 2025.

Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 250+ excavator, coupled with at least 1 year of experience on a 988/993 Front End Loader.
- Dewatering experience (Pipe Fusion HDPE)
- Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation) Basic Rigging and Inspection Online Course
Requirements
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Able to train on new equipment when requested.
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
